Our experienced staff deal with many kinds of work, from residential conveyancing to commercial work.  We also help clients with making wills and Powers of Attorney, with Court of Protection work and with closing the affairs of those who have died.  

We don't operate a call centre. Our clients' work is dealt with by a real person whose name the client knows. Although we make full use of new technology we aim to give a friendly and personal service, explaining any issues in plain English. WE'VE BEEN AWARDED THE QUALITY MARK

Constantinou Solicitors have been awarded membership of the Law Society's prestigious Conveyancing Quality Scheme ("CQS") – regarded as the gold standard for residential conveyancing practices. In order to secure membership of the scheme, our firm and its staff underwent  independent assessment by the Law Society. The award means that the firm has been recognised as meeting the highest standards in carrying out residential conveyancing work.  The Law Society introduced CQS in 2010 to help the public and others recognise high standards in the home buying process and to deter fraud in the residential property market.
